On behalf of our Client, a world-wide known international company, establishing new SSC to provide finance and accounting services from Wrocław, we are currently recruiting for the position of Senior Client & Billing Associate with German

Your role will involve:

• Setting up and maintaining clients & engagements
• Performing engagement management & monitoring
• Preparation and submission of invoices and credit notes to both external and internal clients for services rendered by the company (billing)
• Monitoring Engagement Team Activity and Contact with Engagement Team with regards to Billing/Engagement Management

− To be successful in this role you will need:

• 2 - 3 years of experience working within core financial processes, in a complex, large volume, international environment
• Fluent business English language skills (oral and written)
• Ability to effectively communicate in business German language (oral and written)
• SSC experience will be an advantage
• Good working knowledge of ERP systems
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to operate in an international environment
