On behalf of our Client, a world-wide known international company, establishing new SSC to provide finance and accounting services from Wrocław, we are currently recruiting for the position of Time & Expenses Accountant with Romanian.

− Your role will involve:

• Process of timesheets submitted by employees
• Check missing timesheets and timesheets with errors and perform corrections where necessary
• Review of submitted expense reports and ensure expenses are processed in accordance with Firm policy
• Exception handling and query resolution
• Handle and follow up with credit cards, manage advances, workflow monitoring, payment coordination

To be successful in this role you will need:

• 1 – 2 years of experience working within Time & Expenses process, or other core financial processes, in a complex, large volume, international environment
• Fluent business English language skills (oral and written)
• Ability to effectively communicate in business Romanian language (oral and written)
• SSC experience will be an advantage
• Good working knowledge of ERP systems
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to operate in an international environment
