AP Accountant with Dutch Accountancy & Finance Warsaw 23630 − For our Client, an International company, we are looking for Accounts Payable Accountant with Dutch

The role:
The Accounts Payable Accountant will be responsible for actively participating and developing the Accounts Payable process including:

• process invoices received from different European countries
• ensure correct approver and correct accounting entries are entered
• post AP journals
• perform vendor payments and handle reminders
• handle contacts with vendors
• provide superior customer service to out suppliers and business
• reconciliation of supplier statements
• reconciliation and payment of intercompany balances
• secure payment of VAT and company taxes

Responsibilities:

The Accounts Payable Accountant will ensure an efficient workflow for vendor invoice. This process starts with invoice receipt, includes sorting, scanning, coding, following invoice approval, booking the invoice in PeopleSoft and finally performing payment to the vendor. You will also be responsible for performing changes in vendor master data in PeopleSoft and handle reminders received from the vendors.

− Expectations:

• Experience on Accounts Payable Accountant position
• Fluent English
• Good Dutch
• Experience working in a financial shared service centre or a large financial organization is desirable
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure, handle a number of tasks and priorities work within tight operational deadlines
